Update 09 Jan 2025:  Yesterday, the UAE extradited Ulugbek Shadmanov to Uzbekistan without any judicial process.  Uzbekistan joined BRICS on the 1st of January and have already extradited a target without having to go through the courts.  Further updates shortly.  Follow...
